The Keiser Athletic Department announced this week's Seahawks HSS Athletes of the Week on Monday. This week's winners,sophomore Attack/Midfield  Ryan Rundle and senior guard Julia Fitzwater were recognized for their performances during the week of February 25.

Ryan Rundle, Second Year, Attack/Midfield, Wellington, Florida

• Named the AAC Offensive Player of the Week.
• Helped guide Keiser to wins over No. 2 Indiana Tech and No. 4 Cumberlands (Ky.).
• Rundle was a scoring machine in his past two games, recording seven goals and six assists.
• The Wellington, Fla. native tied a school record in points (11) against Indiana Tech. 
• On the season, Rundle leads Keiser with 20 goals and 30 points.
• Has posted 43 shots and 27 shots on goal.

Julia Fitzwater, Fourth Year, Guard, Jensen Beach, Florida

• Led the Keiser Seahawks to a 2-0 record last week and the No. 2 seed in the Sun Conference Women's Basketball Championship.
• The native of Jensen Beach, Florida, poured in 12 points on 4-of-9 shooting as Keiser completed the season-series sweep of the St. Thomas Bobcats on Wednesday.
• Three days later the senior, playing in her final regular season home game at Keiser, notched the second double-double of her KU career as the Seahawks downed FMU, 69-67, to clinch a first-round bye in the upcoming SUN Tournament.
• On the year, Fitzwater is averaging 9.1 points per game and 5.1 rebounds per contest.
• She leads the team in 3-point baskets (204), shooting 32.8 percent from downtown.

Both Rundle and Fitzwater will now be in the running for the Keiser Athlete of the Month (February) awarded in March which will be featured on ESPN West Palm (106.3 FM).
