The Keiser Athletic Department announced this week's Seahawks HSS Athletes of the Week on Monday. This week's winners, senior golfer Isac Wallin and senior defender Marthe Taugbøl  were recognized for their performances during the week of November 5.

Isac Wallin, Fourth Year, Kungsangen, Sweden

• Guided Keiser to a fourth-place finish at the Citrus Intercollegiate.
• With the fourth-place finish, Keiser has placed in the top 5 in 11 straight tournaments.
• Finished the three-round event with a 7-under, 209, and collected the second tournament victory of his Keiser career.
• Recorded 14th top-5 finish as a Seahawk.
• Shot  3-under on Par 4s and recorded a 5-under on Par 5s.
• Carded 30 par putts.
• Notched a tournament-high 16 birdies.
• Has recorded a season stroke average of 72.86.

Marthe Taugbøl, Second Year, D, Kongsvinger, Norway

• Named the Sun Conference Defensive Player of the Week for the first time in her Keiser career.
• The defender from Kongsvinger, Norway, helped Keiser to their 10th shutout of the season on Saturday against Ave Maria.
• The win improved Keiser to 22-6-3 all-time in Sun Conference Tournament action.
• Not only did she help the defense, she also assisted on both goals scored by the Seahawks in the win.
• Earlier this week, she received SUN All-Conference honors for a second straight season.
• Has started in all 19 games for the Seahawks this season.
• On the year, has recorded one goal and six assists for eight points.

Both Wallin and Taugbøl will now be in the running for the Keiser Athlete of the Month (November) awarded in December which will be featured on ESPN West Palm (106.3 FM).
