In 2013, Lynskey took home her third consecutive First Team honor as she capped off her Lady Seahawk career as the program's all-time leader in goals (103), assists (55), and points (261). This season, Helen netted 25 goals, ranking seventh in the nation, on 119 shots with eight assists.
In 2012, Lynskey was selected as a Second Team All-American, her third time being selected as an All-American. Last year, Lynskey became the first Lady Seahawk named a First Team All-American by the NAIA. Lynskey led the Northwood and the Sun Conference in goals with 30, points with 71, and game-winning goals with five. Last month, Lynskey was named Sun Conference Player of the Year for the third consecutive season. In her first season with the Lady Seahawks, Lynskey was an All-American Honorable Mention.Â
In 2011, she appeared in 19 games while starting 16 of them. Lynskey totaled 70 points on 27 goals with 16 assists. She finished third in points, and goals, while being named First Team and Sun Conference Player of the Year.
In 2010, Helen appeared in 20 contests with 20 starts. Lynskey tallied 62 points on 21 goals and 20 assists. She was named Third Team All-American, First Team All-Conference, and Sun Conference Player of the Year.
