In the 400-meter dash, Edens Thermidor finished as the runner-up with a time of 47.00, while Quintaveon Pool of Wayland Baptist won with a 46.21.

At the 2017 NAIA Indoor Track & Field Championship, he ran a time of 48.58s to finish third overall.

At the 2015 Outdoor National Championship, Thermidor narrowly missed out on his first National Championship, finishing second in the 400-meter. Thermidor led coming off of the final turn, but Hinton caught him over the final 50 meters to edge him out by .18 seconds.

In the 2015 Indoor National Championship, Thermidor took second in the 400-meter dash with a time of 47.55 seconds. Miller of Cardinal Stritch held off a charging Thermidor over the 50-meters to take the victory with a time of 47.20.

Thermidor also helped the 4x400 relay team to All-American status after finishing sixth with a time of 3:15.45. He ran an anchor split time of 47.1.
