The Keiser University wrestling team is set to compete at the NAIA National Championships in Wichita, Kansas, as eight Seahawks prepare for the biggest stage of the season. The three-day tournament begins tomorrow at 11 a.m., with national qualifiers from across the country battling for All-American honors and national titles.
Keiser will be represented by a program-record eight qualifiers, continuing what has already been the most successful season in school history. The group features an AAC Champion in Patrick Jones, multiple All-Conference selections, and a deep heavyweight duo in Jordan Sommers and Daguy Massillon. The Seahawks enter nationals following a program-best third-place finish at the AAC Championships and will look to carry that momentum onto the national stage.
With eight competitors spread across seven weight classes, Keiser brings experience, depth, and confidence into Wichita. Over the next three days, the focus will shift to advancing through the bracket, earning All-American status, and continuing to raise the standard of the program.
Competition begins tomorrow at 11 a.m. as the Seahawks open their national tournament run.
