The National Wrestling Coaches Association announced the recipients of the 2026 NAIA Men's Scholar All-America Awards. These student-athletes are recognized for their excellence both on the mat and in the classroom, meeting one of the following criteria:

• Top 8 finishers in the NAIA individual national championship tournament with a 3.0 cumulative GPA
• National qualifier as determined by the NAIA with a 3.25 cumulative GPA
• Conference tournament participant with a 3.5 cumulative GPA
• Competed in at least 15 matches as listed in TrackWrestling

Four Seahawks were selected for this prestigious honor, continuing the program's strong representation of academic and athletic excellence.

Rocco D'Ascoli, Senior, 184 lbs, Miami, Fla.

• Earned NWCA Scholar All-America honors
• Named AAC All-Academic Team
• Named NAIA Scholar-Athlete
• Finished the season with a 14-14 record
• Placed 5th at the AAC Championships
• Majoring in Exercise and Sport Science

Josiah Fernandez, Senior, 133 lbs, Naples, Fla.

• Earned NWCA Scholar All-America honors
• Named AAC All-Academic Team
• Named NAIA Scholar-Athlete
• Finished the season with a 15-12 record
• Placed 5th at the AAC Championships
• Majoring in Business Administration

Sam Libby, Junior, 184 lbs, Mason, Ohio

• Earned NWCA Scholar All-America honors
• Named AAC All-Academic Team
• Finished the season with a 24-3 record
• NAIA National Qualifier and AAC place winner
• Finished 3rd at the AAC Championships, earning All-Conference honors
• Named recipient of the Mannuel Gorriaran Award at the NAIA National Championships
• Majoring in Business Administration

Jordan Sommers, Junior, 285 lbs, Waterloo, Ill.

• Earned NWCA Scholar All-America honors
• Finished the season with a 13-6 record
• NAIA All-American at 285 pounds with a 6th place national finish
• AAC runner-up, earning an automatic bid to the national tournament
• Majoring in Business Administration
