The Keiser wrestling team will return to competition after the holiday break on Saturday, January 4, as the Seahawks travel to Montgomery, Alabama, to compete in the Hawk Classic Open. Hosted at the Garrett Coliseum, the open tournament will feature a deep field of NAIA and collegiate programs, providing another strong test as Keiser opens the second half of the season.

The Seahawks enter the Hawk Classic with momentum following a solid showing at the Fire Duals before the break, highlighted by a decisive 32–14 win over Rochester Christian. Keiser continues to receive votes in the latest NAIA national poll and boasts four nationally ranked individuals, underscoring the program's continued growth under head coach Cole Manion.

Saturday's tournament will allow Keiser to get multiple athletes back on the mat following the layoff, as the Seahawks look to build consistency, gain valuable mat time, and carry their recent progress into the new year.
