The Keiser wrestling team competed at their second open tournament of the season in Marietta, Ga., at the Life Open.
- Earnest Johnson picked up two wins in the consolation round including a sudden victory over No. 5 Jesse Pryor of Southeastern.
- Carlos Bogan and Adam El Damir picked up their first wins of the season at the tournament.
- Keiser tallied two wins over Division I opponents with James Donovan Berline and Carlos Bogan each earning one.
- The Seahawks earned four tech falls on the day.

Nick Soto said, "Overall, we were looking for a better performance. EJ had a big win for us, taking down a returning All-American that got the better of him last year. We sought after tough matches these last two weeks and will continue to do so. If we are going to be where we want to be in March, we have to close the gap and win those tough matches. "
