The The Keiser Seahawks have been picked to finish fourth in the SUN Preseason announced by the league on Monday afternoon. The 2026-27 Sun Conference Preseason Volleyball Coaches' Poll was voted on by the conference's eight head coaches.
Coming off the 2025 campaign, the Seahawks finished 13-12 overall with a 7-7 mark in Sun Conference play and advanced to the conference semifinals. Keiser earned key victories throughout the season, including a four-set road win over Southeastern and a statement victory against No. 11 Montana Western.
The Seahawks were well represented in postseason honors, with Mallory Dills and Faith Marquis earning First Team All-Conference recognition, while Aubree Valcourt and Cece Worsham were named to the Second Team. In the classroom, Abby Lester, Faith Marquis, and Isabella Steffel were recognized as Academic District honorees. Seven Seahawks—Frederica Silva, Faith Marquis, Emma Friese, Amie Molina, Isabella Steffel, Abby Lester, and Hannah Mary Herrick—were also named NAIA Scholar-Athletes.
Top of the League
- St. Thomas totaled 48 points, including six first-place votes to finish at the top of the standings
- Southeastern sits at second with 41 points, including one first place vote
- New College of Florida slotted in at third with 37 points (one first place vote)
- Keiser rounded out the top four with 34 points
A Look Back at Last Season
- KU ended the 2025-26 season with a 13-12 (7-7 SUN ) record
- The Seahawks earned the No. 4 seed in the 2025-26 Sun Conference Volleyball Tournament, advancing to the semifinals
- Keiser earned four all-conference selections (Mallory Dills and Faith Marquis earning First-Team All-Conference recognition, while Aubree Valcourt and Cece Worsham were named to the second team)
- Worsham averaged 3.06 kills per set (No. 6 in the SUN) to lead the Seahawks
- Dills finished third in the conference, averaging 10.25 assists per set while Marquis posted 5.30 digs per set (No. 3 in the SUN)
- The Seahawks return eight from last year's squad, including Valcourt, Makenzi Bennett, and Hannah Mary Herrick

The 2026-27 season begins on Friday, August 14, as the Seahawks host the 2026 Keiser Summer Classic. The 12-team tournament will being action at 8:00 AM. Keiser's first match of the 2026 season will take place a 2:30 PM versus Mount Vernon Nazarene.
