The College Sports Communicators (CSC) released its 2025 CSC All-District Team in volleyball Tuesday afternoon. Keiser posted three honorees on the team.
The 2025 Academic-All District Volleyball Team, selected by the CSC, recognizes the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the court and in the classroom. The CSC All-District team is separately recognized volleyball honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III, and NAIA.
Abby Lester, Faith Marquis and
Isabella Steffel were recognized as Academic District honorees. Marquis is selected to advance to the CSC Academic All-America ballot, where the first, second, and third teams will be picked.
Abby Lester, Fourth Year, RS, Orlando, Aurora, Ill
- Selected to the CSC All-District team for the third straight year
- Named an NAIA Scholar-Athlete
- Posted a season-high nine kills against Ave Maria (11/11)
- Appeared in 23 games and totaled 70 kills while hitting .103
- Contributed 47 digs and 22.0 total blocks over the course of the season
Faith Marquis, Fourth Year, L, Gainesville, Fla.
- Named to the CSC All-District team for the first time in her career
- Earned First-Team All-Conference honors as the team's starting libero
- AVCA Southeast Region Honorable Mention
- Recognized as an NAIA Scholar-Athlete
- Started all 25 matches at libero, anchoring the team's back-row defense
- Tallied 67 assists on the season and 29 service aces
- Surpassed 1,000 career digs, adding 466 during the season to reach the milestone
Isabella Steffel, Fourth Year, MB, Brandon, S.D
- Named to the CSC All-District team for the first time
- Tabbed as an NAIA Scholar-Athlete
- Started all 25 matches as a middle blocker
- Registered a career-high 15 kills in a 3–1 victory over Southeastern (10/25)
- Finished the season with 186 kills, hitting .197, and added 40 digs
- Ranked second on the team in total blocks, collecting 52.0 on the year
