No. 9 Softball Travels to Clearwater for Sun Conference Tournament

LAKELAND, Fla - No. 9 Keiser softball heads to Clearwater this weekend for the Sun Conference Tournament, set to take the field at the Eddie C. Moore Softball Complex as the No. 2 seed. The Seahawks will open postseason play against the winner of the Coastal Georgia and Warner matchup, bringing momentum into the tournament after a strong regular season and looking to make a deep run toward a conference championship.

Keiser has been one of the most complete teams in the NAIA this season, combining a high-powered offense with a dominant pitching staff. The Seahawks have consistently found ways to win in different styles, whether it be explosive run production or controlled performances in the circle, positioning themselves as a serious contender in the bracket.

Awaiting them is a familiar opponent in either No. 18 Coastal Georgia or Warner, two teams Keiser has seen success against in recent matchups. The Seahawks most recently went 2-1 against Coastal Georgia and swept Warner earlier this season, giving them confidence heading into a high-stakes postseason environment.
