The LEARFIELD Directors' Cup winter standings were released on Thursday, April 2, with the Keiser Seahawks placing sixth.
The Seahawks registered 561.00 points through the winter season. Keiser had five teams qualify for the postseason during the winter, including National Championships by
men's swimming & diving and women's swimming & diving. Men's basketball made its third straight NAIA appearance, advancing to the NAIA Second Round while men's indoor track & field placed 55th at the NAIA Indoor Track & Field Nationals, and wrestling finished 19th at Nationals. Women's indoor track & field had three qualifiers for NAIA Indoor Track & Field Nationals.
Cumberlands (Ky.) topped the standings at 990.50 points followed by Indiana Wesleyan (851.00), Marian (745.00), Lindsey Wilson (658.00), and Life (563.25) to round out the Top 5. The Seahawks are the top Sun Conference program ahead of St. Thomas, which is 19th in the standings (390.50).
No. 1 Keiser Men's Swimming and Diving claimed their seventh NAIA National Championship on Saturday, March 8, at the Elkhart Aquatics Center in Elkhart, Ind. After the meet,
Noel De Geus was awarded the Swim of the Meet Award for the fourth year in a row for his performance in the 100 Breast.
Adrian Avilan was named NAIA Diver of the Year.
Isaiah Aleksenko garnered NAIA Swimmer of the Year for a second straight year. Head Coach
Adam Epstein was named the Coach of the Year for the sixth time.

Luiza Bersi was named NAIA Swimmer of the Year and
Sinead Valero was named NAIA Diver of the Year.
