April 11th 2026
MIRAMAR, Fla. — The Keiser men's outdoor track and field team delivered a dominant performance at the HBCU Relays Experience in Miramar, capturing first place overall with 228 points. The Seahawks controlled the meet from start to finish, earning multiple event victories across sprints, distance, hurdles, relays, and field events.
Keiser's success was fueled by a strong presence in the field events, where Joel Kennedy (high jump), Hugo Biget (long jump), Charlem Diable (triple jump), and Casey Wood (shot put – NAIA B standard) all secured first-place finishes. Claudio Pugnetti added another victory in the javelin with a B standard throw of 61.68m, while Arthur Dupuy finished second to give the Seahawks a 1-2 finish.
On the track, the Seahawks continued their dominance with several standout performances. Alex Cruz claimed the 100m title (10.61) and was part of the winning 4x100 relay team alongside Dallas Desouza, Arthur Dupuy, and Rameau Estime (42.44). Desouza also captured gold in the 400m (48.01), while Adrian Rivadulla took first in the 800m (1:54.02).

In the distance events, Jesse Songo continued his consistent form with a first-place finish in the 5,000m (15:36.42), followed closely by teammate Othmane Gharassi in second.
The Seahawks closed out the meet with another victory in the 4x400 relay, as Ty Goddard, Desouza, Rivadulla, and Vecchio combined for a time of 3:22.57.
