The Sun Conference announced the 2025 Preseason Women's Volleyball Coaches Poll on Monday afternoon with Keiser picked to finish third in the conference. The poll was voted on by the league's eight head coaches.
Top of the League
- St. Thomas was chosen to repeat as conference champions, garnering seven first-place votes
- The Seahawks collected 36 points
- New College (31) and Ave Maria (24) round-out the top five in the SUN
A Look Back at Last Season
- Keiser enters the season under new leadership bringing in Head Coach Dan Bergren and assistant coach Dylan Mott
- The Seahawks finished 2024 with a 28-8 record (9-5 SUN)
- KU earned the No. 3 seed in the 2024 Sun Conference Tournament
- The Seahawks recorded four all-conference honorees, including the 2024 Sun Conference Player of the Year and Freshman of the Year (Emma Friese)
- Friese, Faith Marquis and Isabella Steffel earned All-Conference awards in the 2024 season
- In the 2024 season, Marquis broke the school record for single season digs with 645.
- Keiser had three CSC Academic All-Distrct Team members (Abby Lester, Frederica Silva, Isabella Steffel)
