Keiser University Athletics

Dylan Mott enters her first season as the Keiser volleyball assistant coach. A former NCAA Division I athlete and a recent graduate of the University of Tennessee at Martin, Mott earned both a Master of Business Administration in Sports Management and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Sport Management.

During her time at UT Martin, Mott was a high-achieving member of both the indoor and beach volleyball programs. She earned multiple honors, including three OVC First Team selections, 2022 OVC Beach Volleyball Freshman of the Year, and the 2024 Betty Giles Female Athlete of the Year award. Off the court, she was a consistent presence on the Athletic Director’s Honor Roll, OVC Commissioner’s Honor Roll, and earned the prestigious 2023 OVC Scholar-Athlete of the Year award.

Mott brings coaching experience from her time at C2 Attack Volleyball Club, where she played a key role in developing young athletes through skill-building, mentorship, and strategic growth.
