The 2024-25 Moment of the Year Tournament is complete, and this year's winner is baseball's dramatic walk-off winner in the NAIA's.

The No. 9 overall seed in this year's tournament knocked off the No. 2-seeded men's lacrosse team, which won its third straight NAIA National Championship with on overtime game-winner.

Dylan Symonds was the hero at the plate, driving in four runs—including the game-tying and game-winning RBI in the final frame.Â
Simon Grinberg added a key spark in the middle of the lineup, going 2-for-4 with a home run, two RBI, and three runs scored.Â
Landon Lowe went 2-for-4 with three runs scored and a double, helping pace a Keiser offense that tallied nine hits on the night.
On the mound, Tanner Goswick earned the win, tossing 1.2 innings of relief with three strikeouts and no walks. Garrett Brogdon contributed a solid 4.0 innings out of the bullpen, striking out six while limiting UHV to two earned runs.
Despite trailing in five different innings, the Seahawks tied the game twice before sealing the win in the ninth on back-to-back RBI singles from Andrew Almendarez and Symonds.Â

In a high-stakes matchup to open the NAIA National Championship Opening Round, the (rv) Seahawks delivered a dramatic 10-9 walk-off win over No. 14 Houston-Victoria. Down by one in the bottom of the ninth, the Seahawks plated two runs to defeat the Jaguars and improve to 36-15 on the year.

Opening Round - June 6, 2025
The opening round saw baseball advance with a walk-off win in the NAIA Regionals as well as women's soccer punching their ticket to NAIA National Championship Game, pushing them to the quarters. Also, winning were Swim of the Year performances byÂ

Quarterfinal Round - June 13, 2025
The quarterfinals saw three of the top-4 seeds advance as No. 2-seeded men's lacrosse team winning the National Championship in OT defeated the sixth-seeded men's swimming & diving Swim of the Year, No. 3 seed football's comeback win in the NAIA Semifinals took down the No. 7-seeded women's swimming & diving Swim of the Year, and flag football's (No. 4 seed) Â SportsCenter Top Play ousted No. 5 seed women's soccer OT winner in the NAIA Semifinals. The lone upset of the round was the ninth-seeded walk-off win for baseball in the NAIA Tournament taking down the No. 1 seed men's tennis winning the program's first NAIA National Championship.
Semifinal Round - June 20, 2025
The semifinals saw the No. 2-seeded men's lacrosse winning the NAIA National Championship on an overtime game-winner, upending No. 3 football's 21-point, fourth-quarter comeback in the NAIA Semifinals. The second semifinal matchup was No. 9-seeded baseball's walk-off winner in the NAIA's, knocking off the SportsCenter Top Play of No. 4-seeded flag football.
