The quarterfinals saw three of the top-4 seeds advance as No. 2-seeded men's lacrosse team winning the National Championship in OT defeated the sixth-seeded men's swimming & diving Swim of the Year, No. 3 seed football's comeback win in the NAIA Semifinals took down the No. 7-seeded women's swimming & diving Swim of the Year, and flag football's (No. 4 seed) Â SportsCenter Top Play ousted No. 5 seed women's soccer OT winner in the NAIA Semifinals. The lone upset of the round was the ninth-seeded walk-off win for baseball in the NAIA Tournament taking down the No. 1 seed men's tennis winning the program's first NAIA National Championship.

No. 2 seed - Men's Lacrosse National Championship OT Winner

Kegan Hufford tied a career-high, scoring six goals, including the overtime game-winner, as the No. 1-ranked Keiser men's lacrosse team defeated the No. 4-ranked Cumberlands (Ky.) Patriots, 14-13, in the NAIA National Championship Game. The win was the Seahawk's third straight National Championship, having won the NAIA Invitational crown in 2023 and 2024.

Trailing 38-21 with 7:38 left in the game, the No. 1-ranked Keiser football team (12-0) scored 21 unanswered points in the final six minutes, defeating the No. 9-ranked Benedictine (Kan.) Ravens (11-3), 42-38, to earn the team's third straight NAIA National Championship Game appearance.Â
Elisha Edwards scored the game-winner on a 25-yard pass from Spencer with 21 second left in the game.

The Keiser flag football team'sÂ
Brenna Ramirez became SportsCenter's Top Play with an acrobatic catch during the Seahawk's 35-0 win over the St. Thomas Bobcats in the Sun Conference Semifinals. The catch sparked Keiser's scoring as the Seahawks went on to claim their 13th win all-time over the Bobcats as well as producing the team's sixth shutout of STU all-time.Â

No. 9 seed - Baseball Walk-off win in NAIA Tournament

In a high-stakes matchup to open the NAIA National Championship Opening Round, the (rv) Seahawks delivered a dramatic 10-9 walk-off win over No. 14 Houston-Victoria. Down by one in the bottom of the ninth, the Seahawks plated two runs to defeat the Jaguars and improve to 36-15 on the year.
