The Keiser women's soccer coaching staff has been named the 2025 United Soccer Coaches East Regional Staff of the Year (RSOY) as voted on by other coaches in the region who are members of the United Soccer Coaches College Service program.

Tatiana Manion will now be in the running for the National Staff of the Year which will be announced on December 19th.
2025 Keiser Seahawks
- Finished the season with a 19-3-2 overall record, including a 6-1-1 mark in conference play
- Won the third NAIA National Championship in program history, defeating Cumberlands (Ky.) in the final 1-1 (3-2 PKs)
- Georgia Little, Lauren Riley, and Maria Vilhena were all named to the 2025 NAIA All-Tournament Team
- Held a top-3 ranking in the NAIA for the entirety of the season
- Little and Riley were also named United Soccer Coaches All-Americans
- Recorded 13 shutouts on the year with six coming against ranked opponents
- Defeated eight ranked opponents with six top-10 wins
- Tied for the second-most assists in a season with 89 which was also second-most in the NAIA this year
- Led the conference with 10 All-Conference selections including five first-team members
- Lauren Riley took home SUN Offensive Player of the Year and Sun Conference Player of the Year honors
