Giovanni Policaro

Giovanni Policaro enters his first year as a strength and conditioning assistant coach at Keiser University. Policaro will work primarily with baseball, men's basketball, track & field, and women's soccer.

Prior to Keiser, Policaro worked as the assistant sports performance coach at Western Illinois University. He served as the head sports performance coach for men’s and women’s soccer, pole vault and cross country and as the first assistant coach for football.
Policaro started his strength and conditioning career as the assistant strength and conditioning coach at Boulder Creek High School.

Following this position, Policaro interned at Florida Atlantic University for the strength and conditioning team.
Policaro interned in the summer of 2023 at Michigan State University for the strength and conditioning team and afterwards served as a graduate student at Western Illinois University, where he worked for the sports performance team.

Policaro earned a Master of Science in Kinesiology from Western Illinois University in December 2023 and a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Keiser University in May 2022. Here he won two NAIA Mid-South Academic All-Conference awards while playing for the Keiser football team from 2020-22.
