Giovanni Policaro

Giovanni Policaro enters his first year as the Director of Strength and Conditioning at Keiser University after serving as the Head of Olympic Sports Strength and Conditioning during the 2025-26 academic year. In his new role, he oversees the strength and conditioning programs.

During the 2025-26 season, Policaro primarily worked with Baseball, Men's Basketball, Track & Field, and Women's Soccer. He was a member of the staff for the 2025 NAIA National Champion Women's Soccer team.

Prior to joining Keiser, Policaro served as the Assistant Sports Performance Coach at Western Illinois University. He was the primary sports performance coach for Men's and Women's Soccer, Cross Country, and Pole Vault, while also serving as the first assistant sports performance coach for Football.

Policaro began his strength and conditioning career as the Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach at Boulder Creek High School before interning with the strength and conditioning staff at Florida Atlantic University. He also completed a summer internship with the strength and conditioning staff at Michigan State University in 2023 before serving as a graduate assistant with the sports performance department at Western Illinois.

Policaro earned a Master of Science in Kinesiology from Western Illinois University in December 2023 after receiving a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Keiser University in May 2022. As a student-athlete at Keiser from 2020-22, he was a member of the Football program and earned two NAIA Mid-South Academic All-Conference honors.
