The Keiser women's basketball team came up short this afternoon in a matchup against Huntington (Ind.), falling by 11 points despite three players achieving double-doubles.
The Seahawks will return to action tomorrow at 11:00 AM, continuing the West Palm Beach Invitational against Olivet Nazarene.

Huntington gained momentum in the third quarter with five three-pointers, allowing the Foresters to maintain the lead for the remainder of the game.
Huntington 20, Keiser 15
- The Seahawks led by five early, following a layup from Jasmyn Hale with 5:13 left
- Huntington responded with a three-pointer to pull within two
- The Foresters took the lead with three minutes remaining, scoring back-to-back layups, with the Seahawks trailing 14-10

- Two free throws from Huntington at the end of the third quarter extended their lead

- Junior forward Jasmyn Hale recorded her first double-double of the season, scoring 10 points and grabbing a season-high 15 rebounds

- Jade Simpson marked the third player to record a double-double with 10 points and 11 rebounds, also adding a block to her performance
