The Keiser University softball team begins a stretch of six-straight road games to close out the regular season on Friday, April 22nd as they take on conference opponent No. 18 Southeastern for the first of a three-game series this weekend. 
    
    

• Southeastern leads the all-time series 13-6.
• Keiser has won the last six meetings against the Fire.

    

• Keiser (20-21-1, 9-10 SUN) are tied for sixth in the current SUN standings while No. 18 Southeastern (38-7, 18-3 SUN) sits atop the conference.
• KU enters the series, winning their last six games, including back-to-back series sweeps over Trinity Baptist and Thomas University. 
• The Seahawks are led offensively by Lizzy Small, who is sporting a .345 batting average and is tied for the team lead with 39 hits.
• Cassie Querry lead the Seahawks in home runs with seven on the season and is currently riding a 14-game reached base streak.
• Small has also shouldered the bulk of the pitching duties this season, holding an ERA of 2.86 with 70 strikeouts in 142 innings of work.
• The freshman has also tossed 12 complete games on the season.
• The No. 18 ranked Fire are ranked sixth nationally in runs with 317, third nationally in hits at 434, sixth in RBI's at 274, ninth in batting average at a .361, and second nationally in both stolen bases (179) and shutouts (17).
• Freshman speedster Riley Sanders has collected an NAIA leading 55 stolen bases while also crossing the plate 55 times for seventh amongst NAIA.
• In the circle freshman Claire Sekinger holds a 16-3 overall record and ranks sixth in the NAIA with seven shutouts.
