The Keiser wrestling team will be on the road again on Friday for a couple of ranked duals before traveling to Powder Springs, Ga. for the Life Open on Saturday. Friday's dual against No. 13 Reinhardt is scheduled for 5:30 p.m with the dual against No. 10 Campbellsville projected to begin one hour later.
Looking Back
Keiser last wrestled at the Patriot Open on November 5, 2022, where they showed promise in a few different weight classes. Four different wrestlers placed in the top six of their respective weight classes as
Patrick Gould and
Hayden Malson earned team-best fourth-place finishes. The Seahawks picked up four ranked wins at the tournament with Gould and Malson winning over two each.
Earnest Johnson and
Bryce Cockrell each moved to 6-2 to start their 2022 season. KU has shown that they have more depth as 17 different wrestlers have already wrestled this season just one less than all of last year.
