Tracy is entering his second season with the Seahawks. In 2011-12, Parks averaged 8 points a game, shooting 49.1% from the field, and 44.7% from three-point.

At St. Petesburg Catholic, Tracy was a three-year varsity Basketball player. He was a First-Team All-State selection in his senior year, averaging 25 points a game. He was named Most Valuable Player of the Florida East vs. West All-Star Game.
