Biography

Texas is entering his second season as a member of the Seahawks Basketball team.

At Nacka Gymnasium, Derland played basketball and was a member of club teams Skuru and Solna). He earned Most Valuable Player honors in 2007 and 2008, and was named an All-Star in 2008.

Off the court, Texas was a Dean's List student as a freshman and sophomore.

Texas' sister Denise was a player for Northwood before graduating in 2011.
