The No. 1-ranked Keiser men's golf team travels to Nashville, Tennessee, for the Music City Classic April 13-14. The three-round, two-day event will be held at the Hermitage Golf Club – Presidents Reserve (Par 72, 6,992 yards) and will be hosted by Cumberland University. The 21-team field will be include 12 teams represented in the latest NAIA Men's Golf Coaches' Top 25 Poll.
Last time out, the Seahawks competed at the Battle at the Lakes, hosted at Miami Lakes Golf Club (March 31), finishing tied for eighth place with a three-round total of 878 (+14).
Keiser opened with a 299 in round one before shaving strokes in each of the final two rounds, posting a 290 in round two and a team-best 289 in the final round.
Individually, Jack Peters led the Seahawks with a standout performance, finishing sixth overall at 211 (-5). Peters recorded rounds of 72, 71, and a final-round 68, one of the lowest scores of the tournament, to secure a top-10 finish.
Iver Sokhan-Sanj provided another strong showing, tying for 34th at 221 (+5). He was consistent across all three rounds with scores of 75, 75, and 71.
Yann Ferrando tied for 44th with a 223 (+7), highlighted by a final-round 69 that marked one of the team's best rounds of the day.
Matus Cedzo finished tied for 75th at 231 (+15), delivering a notable second-round 68, while Michael Conti rounded out the lineup in a tie for 79th at 233 (+17).

1. Jack Peters - Fr. / Ballyclare, Northern Ireland
Peters posted his sixth top-10 finish of the season, placing sixth at the Battle at the Lakes (March 31). He enters this week's action with an adjusted scoring average of 70.8 and is ranked No. 20 in the nation (clippd)
2. Iver Sokhan-Sanj - So. / Lorenskog, Norway
Sokhan-Sanj has registered three top-3 finishes this season, including wins at the Jupiter Collegiate Invite (Oct. 14) and the Kona Ice Keiser Kup (March 10). The native of Lorenskog, Norway, has an adjusted stroke average of 70.7 and ranks No. 16 in the nation (clippd)
3. Yann Ferrando - Jr. / Biscarose, France
Ferrando opened the season with six consecutive top-5 finishes. He has posted an adjusted scoring average of 69.2 and is ranked No. 5 in the nation (clippd)
4. Matus Cedzo - Fr. / Prague, Czech Republic
Cedzo enters this week's action with one tournament win on the year (Seahawk Shootout – Sept 16). The first-year Seahawk has tallied an adjusted scoring average of 71.3 and is currently ranked No. 23 in the nation (clippd)
5. Achilleas Lazaridis - Jr. / Limassol, Cyprus
Lazaridis will be making his fifth appearance of the season for the Seahawks. He enters the week with an adjusted scoring average of 73.3
- The Seahawks enter the week ranked No. 1 in the current NAIA Coaches' Top 25 poll (April 3)
- Keiser also ranks No. 1 in the latest Bushnell /Golfweek NAIA Coaches Poll (March 27)
- The Seahawks placed eighth at the Battle at the Lakes on March 31
