MIRAMAR, Fla. — The Keiser men's outdoor track and field team heads into the HBCU Relays Experience in Miramar on Saturday, April 11, building off an impressive showing at the Nova Southeastern Shark Invitational. The Seahawks saw multiple standout performances, highlighted by Jesse Songo's historic double victory in the 800m and 1500m, including a school record-breaking time of 3:54.88 in the 1500m. The team also posted a strong wave of personal bests and event wins across sprints, hurdles, and field events, signaling continued progress as the outdoor season enters its final stretch.
Saturday's meet, beginning at 10:00 a.m., will serve as the final regular-season competition before Keiser turns its focus to the Sun Conference Championship on April 25-26th. With momentum on their side, the Seahawks will look to fine-tune performances and solidify marks heading into postseason competition.
