Leading No. 2 Keiser Seahawks to a pair of dominant league wins, second-year linebacker
Dakota Moberg was named this week's Sun Conference Flag Football Defensive Player of the Week, announced by the league office Monday afternoon.

- The award marks her first weekly honor of the season and the first of her career
- Led Keiser to a 2-0 Sun Conference mark this past week, leading the team in flag pulls with 24
- Opened the week with a team-high 10 flag pulls in a 35-7 win at Point
- She also added her third interception of the season in the contest versus the Skyhawks
- Set a school record with 14 flag pulls in Keiser's 34-12 win over Brewton-Parker
- Added a 16-yard touchdown reception late in the fourth quarter
- Also registered 11 catches for 164 yards and two touchdowns on the week
- On the year, Moberg leads the team in total flag pulls (68.0) - No. 3Â in the NAIA
- She has also recorded 3.0 TFL, 1.0 Sacks, three interceptions and eight pass breakups

Next up, the Seahawks will host Florida Memorial on Saturday, March 28 at 3 p.m. at the Keiser Multi-Purpose Field in West Palm Beach, Fla.
