After a historic and dominant week, senior Violet Apisah has been named Sun Conference Women's Tennis Player of the Week by the league office on Monday afternoon.

- The award marks the 15th weekly honor of Apisah's career and second of the season
- Helped Keiser secure wins over Division II Palm Beach Atlantic, No. 15 St. Thomas, and Division II No. 10 Flagler
- Defeated Leticia Orlandov of No. 15 St. Thomas in dominant fashion, 6-0, 6-0
- Collected her 100th career singles victory, becoming just the second player in program history to reach the milestone and the first women's player to do so
- Followed with a straight-set victory (6-3, 6-3) over Division II No. 25 Eryka Kruk of No. 10 Flagler
- Surrendered just seven total games across singles play for the week
- Went 3-0 at No. 1 doubles alongside Patricia Apisah
- Has the Seahawks off to the best start in program history
The Seahawks will be off for a bit before they head to Tampa to take on Division II Tampa. First serve from the Naimoli & Young Complex is set for 2:00 p.m. on March 10.
