The No. 2-ranked Keiser University Seahawks put together a dominant day in Waleska, Georgia, earning a pair of impressive victories over Reinhardt University and Wingate University at Ken White Field. Keiser outscored its opponents 107-6 across the doubleheader.
Game One: #2 Keiser 61, Reinhardt 0
Keiser opened the afternoon with a commanding 61-0 shutout over Reinhardt, improving to 3-1 (2-0) on the season at the time.
The Seahawks wasted no time, scoring three first-quarter touchdowns — all from quarterback Ava Wallace to Dakota Moberg — covering 55, 21, and 16 yards to build a 21-0 lead. Wallace was flawless in her stint, finishing 7-for-7 for 160 yards and five touchdowns.
Moberg was electric on both sides of the ball, hauling in three touchdown receptions while also returning two interceptions, including a 20-yard pick-six in the second quarter. Keiser capitalized on five Reinhardt turnovers, converting them into 27 points.
After Wallace's five-touchdown performance, Adrienne Rivera took over under center and continued the offensive surge, throwing for 182 yards and three touchdowns. Madison Coger, Serenity Simon, Tremesha Harris, Ashlea Klam, and Francesca Lara all found the end zone as the Seahawks piled up 342 passing yards and 380 total yards of offense.
Defensively, Keiser was relentless. The Seahawks recorded five interceptions and two sacks, holding Reinhardt scoreless despite the Eagles running 51 plays. Tremesha Harris led the defensive effort with eight tackles and a sack, while Moberg added five tackles to her standout all-around performance.
Game Two: #2 Keiser 46, Wingate 6
Keiser carried its momentum into the late afternoon matchup, defeating Wingate 46-6 to close the day at 4-1 overall.
Wallace once again led a high-powered passing attack, completing 18-of-25 passes for 303 yards and six touchdowns. She connected twice with Tremesha Harris (122 receiving yards) and three times with Ashlea Klam (98 yards), including a 44-yard strike in the second quarter.
The Seahawks scored touchdowns on six of their first seven scoring drives, jumping out to a 28-0 lead before Wingate got on the board late in the second quarter. Keiser answered immediately with a two-play, 66-yard drive capped by Klam's third touchdown of the game to take a 34-6 halftime advantage.
Rivera added a fourth-quarter touchdown pass to Hanna Lencioni-Gonzalez to cap the scoring.
Defensively, Keiser limited Wingate to just one touchdown and forced a turnover, while Dakota Moberg led the team with 10 tackles. Hannah Jayes added nine stops as the Seahawks controlled the contest despite Wingate holding a slight edge in time of possession.
