WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. – Jake Molloy earned his second victory of the season, and two Seahawks launched home runs as Keiser rolled past Embry-Riddle (Ariz.) 14-0 on Thursday afternoon at Silvester Jr. Field.

Molloy (2-0) worked all seven innings, allowing just four hits while striking out six batters in his shutout effort. The right-hander did not issue a single walk and kept the Eagles off the scoreboard throughout his entire outing, retiring the side in order four times.

Keiser got on the board in the third inning when Ty Martinez drew a two-out walk and Jake Olsen followed with an RBI double to left-center to make it 1-0. The Seahawks added two more in the fourth inning when, with two outs and runners on second and third after a Maddox Shaver sacrifice bunt, Alex Getz delivered a two-RBI single to left field to push the lead to 3-0.

The fifth inning opened the floodgates with a five-run frame. Embry-Riddle's starter Jesse Kaphing was called for two balks during the inning, with the second bringing home Olsen to make it 4-0. With the bases loaded and two outs, Andres Balart cleared two runners with a double to left field. Kaphing was then replaced by Alexander Mullen, who was immediately greeted by a two-RBI double to center from Getz, capping the five-run inning and extending the lead to 8-0.

Keiser put the game away with six runs in the sixth inning, all against Mullen. Ty Martinez led off with a solo home run to center field. The Seahawks kept rolling, stringing together three consecutive hits — an Olsen walk, a Doezie single, and a Brooks RBI single — before a Hancock sacrifice fly and a Shaver RBI single extended the lead further. Balart then delivered the knockout blow with a two-run home run to push the score to 14-0 and end the game via run rule.

Offensively, the Seahawks received big contributions throughout the lineup. Balart finished 2-for-4 with a double, a two-run home run, and four RBI. Getz went 2-for-4 with a two-RBI single and a two-run double, driving in all four of his runs with two outs. Olsen went 1-for-3 with a walk and an RBI double, while Martinez went 1-for-3 with a walk, a hit by pitch, and a solo home run.

Keiser outhit Embry-Riddle 13-4 and never trailed, scoring in four of the six innings played.
