Keiser University Men's Lacrosse is excited to announce the hiring of Coach Henry Flocco, who joins the Seahawks as assistant coach. With a strong background in Division I lacrosse, player development, and leadership, Coach Flocco brings talents that will positively influence the program right away. Head Coach Jeff Desko shared his excitement about welcoming the latest hire to the program:

Coach Flocco has already made an immediate impact—not only with our current team, but also through his outstanding efforts in recruiting future Seahawks who will continue to build upon our Championship culture in the classroom, in our community, and on the field. With his experience as both a Division I player and a Division I coach, I'm eager to watch our team's growth under his leadership this year. Coach Flocco fully embodies our core values of being the Hardest Working and Most Respected, and he is deeply committed to helping our student-athletes become better men and better players. Flocco graduated from Long Island University with a Bachelor of Science and served as the Captain of LIU's Men's Lacrosse Team. His experience as a Division I student-athlete shaped a coaching style rooted in discipline, strategy, and a team-first mindset.
Since 2022, Flocco has worked as an Assistant Men's Lacrosse Coach at LIU, creating scouting reports, leading game-day substitutions, conducting film review, managing practices, and assisting with recruitment and operations - experience that transitions perfectly into his role at Keiser.
Flocco also served as the Fitness Coach at OrangeTheory Fitness, where he led high-energy classes and motivated individuals toward their fitness goals. His ability to build positive, supportive training environments strengthens his connection with student-athletes. As the Seahawks enter a new season, Coach Flocco's leadership and commitment are set to strengthen the program both on and off the field.
