(rv) Keiser Baseball cruised to a 15-5 win over Ave Maria in the Sun Conference Tournament opening round, showcasing a dominant offensive performance. The Seahawks jumped out to an early lead with a sacrifice fly from Reese Collins and a double from Dylan Symonds in the fourth inning. Ave Maria briefly tied the game and even took a 3-2 lead in the sixth, but Keiser answered back in the seventh with a two-run double from Gavin Baird. The Seahawks continued to pull away in the eighth and ninth innings scoring a total of 11 runs over two innings, with timely hits from many Seahawk batters as well as several wild pitches, ensuring a commanding victory in the tournament's opening day.

The Seahawks will face No. 7 (No. 2 Seed) Webber International tomorrow night at 6:00 PM at JetBlue Park as they continue their run in the Sun Conference Tournament.
