The No. 25 Keiser baseball team split Saturday's doubleheader against New College of Florida, closing out their home schedule. In Game One, the Seahawks fell 8-6 despite taking an early lead. Landon Lowe paced the offense, going 2-for-3 with a double and scoring three times, while Simon Grinberg added two hits and two RBIs. On the mound, Jonathan Amonica worked 4.0 innings, allowing just two earned runs and striking out four. Carson Hawkes took the loss, pitching three innings and giving up two earned runs.

The Seahawks bounced back in dominant fashion in Game Two, rolling to a 13-2 win behind a standout performance from Matthew Nichols. Nichols, the team's "Swiss Army knife," went 3-for-4 with three RBIs, while Kyle Keyes threw a complete game, striking out eight and allowing just two runs over seven innings. Keiser cranked out 12 hits and scored six runs in the first inning to take early control and never looked back.

In the 3-1 series win, Keiser outscored New College 42-16 across four games. The Seahawks hit an impressive .375 as a team, led by standout performances from Landon Lowe (.615 average, eight runs) and Palmer Hutchison (.571 average, six RBIs).

The Seahawks will now await their seeding for the Sun Conference Tournament, with their first game set for Thursday, May 1, at a time to be determined in Fort Myers, Fla.

• Andrew Almendarez made the most of his playing time, hitting .500 with two hits in his two at-bats, driving in two RBI
• Palmer Hutchison posted a .400 average, he also contributed two RBI and drew two walks
• Simon Grinberg hit .375, with three hits, adding three RBI and a double
• Gavin Baird had a .250 average, with two hits, including two doubles and three RBI
• As a team, Keiser posted a .345 batting average in the two games, collecting 20 hits, 16 RBIs, and nine walks

• Matthew Nichols led off  the inning with a double following a pitching change from the Banyans
• Landon Lowe walked to put two on
• Simon Grinberg hit an RBI double; Nichols scored and Lowe moved to third
• Lowe scored on a wild pitch, tying the game for the Seahawks
• Palmer Hutchison hit a sacrifice fly to bring in Grinberg and give the team a 5–4 lead

• New College made a second pitching change leading to Landon Lowe doubled and advanced to third on a groundout
• Gavin Baird grounded out but picked up an RBI as Lowe scored, extending the lead to 6–4
• The inning ended with a foul out by Palmer Hutchison

 Keiser 6, New College 6

• A pitching change for the Seahawks brought in Carson Hawkes to replace Cole Glassburn
• Patrick Fink grounded into a double play, but Jeremy Miller scored to cut the deficit
• Fernando Rivera hit an RBI single to tie the game at 6–6

 Keiser 6, New College 7

• A solo home run from Fernando Espinal broke the tie for the Mighty Banyans as they led 7-6

Keiser 6, New College 8

• Fernando Rivera-singled, driving in Fair to make it 8–6.
• Espinal singled, but Patrick Fink was thrown out at home to end the inning

• Guzman walked, and Almendarez was hit by a pitch to put two on for the Seahawks
• Dylan Symonds singled to left, scoring Guzman to tack on the runs
• A wild pitch allowed Almendarez to score on an odd bounce in front of the plate
• Nichols hit a sacrifice fly to left, bringing in Hutchison for a 10 run lead
• Elian Collado stole third and later scored on a wild pitch, ending the scoring frenzy for Keiser
