The Keiser Athletic Department announced the 2025-26 Seahawks Athletes of the Month for the month of Aug/Sept on Wednesday. This month's winners, senior forward
Maria Vilhena and senior running back
Jaden Miller, have been recognized for their performances during the month.
Jaden Miller, Second Year, RB, Miami, Florida
- Helped No. 2 Keiser post a 2-0 record during the month
- Named the Sun Conference Offensive Player of the Week (Sept. 2)
- Finished the month with a team-best 205 yards rushing and six rushing touchdowns
- Averaged 5.9 yards per carry and 102.5 yards rushing per game
- Also had 29 yards receiving on four receptions
- Led a Keiser running attack that poured on 171 yards on the ground (6.3 yards per carry) and four rushing touchdowns versus the No. 6-ranked Indiana Wesleyan Wildcats of Saturday
- Miller alone accounted for 140 yards on 19 carries (7.4 yards per carry). To put that into perspective, last season, IWU allowed just 2.8 yards per carry on the year and only nine rushing touchdowns in 13 games
- His four rushing touchdowns tied the school record for rushing TDs in a game - Marques Burgess versus Warner – 10/31/2021 & Jaden Meizinger versus Thomas [Ga] – 9/9/2023

- Guided Keiser to a 9-1 overall record (1-0 SUN)
- Helped the Seahawks earn the No. 1 ranking in the nation
- Led the team with 18 points, 1.80 per game
- Scored seven goals and produced four assists
- Named the Sun Conference Offensive Player of the Week (Sept. 29)
- Recorded a hat trick versus Southeastern (Sept. 24)
- Registered three game-winning goals during the month
- Tallied at least one point in six matches during the month
