No. 1 Keiser women's soccer extended its winning streak with a 2-0 victory over New College of Florida on Wednesday afternoon at NCF Bayfront in Sarasota, Fla. After a scoreless opening half in which Keiser peppered the goal with 15 shots, the Seahawks broke through late in the second. Senior forward Lauren Riley delivered the difference, scoring her first tally in the 76th minute, finishing a setup from midfielder Luisa Fontes to give Keiser a 1-0 lead. She struck again in the 85th minute, this time converting a pass from Ruby Vernon, pushing her season total to five goals.

The Seahawks will finally be back home for a stretch of home games beginning on October 8 against Ave Maria. Kickoff from Arrigo-Vecellio Field in West Palm Beach, Fla. is set for 11:00 a.m.
