The Sun Conference announced its nominees for five NAIA National Awards Day honors on Monday as voted by league membership.
Vanja Vidanovic was selected as the conference's Women's A.O. Duer Award Nominee.
Named in honor of the NAIA's former executive secretary who served the association for 26 years, this award has been annually presented since 1967 to a male and female student-athlete in any sport who has excelled in scholarship, character, and citizenship.

- Had a 3.76 GPA in business analytics
- Garnered First-Team NAIA All-America honors
- Named a College Sports Communicators First-Team All-American
- Earned All-Sun Conference First Team honors for the third straight season
- Boasted a 16-7 overall record this season in singles with a 4-0 record in SUN matches
- Earned 28 doubles wins on the year including the ITA Cup Super Bowl Championship
- Owns the program record for doubles wins and total wins at Keiser with 64 and 123, respectively
- Finished the year ranked No. 14 in doubles by the ITA with teammate Katie Visnevscaia
When asked about Vidanovic, Head Coach
Daniel Finn had this to say: "Vanja is irreplaceable as a teammate within our program. Not only for her tennis playing abilities, but also for her selflessness as a teammate and loyalty to representing our program and university."
Vidanovic will advance to the national award voting with the winner being announced on September 15.
