The Keiser women's basketball team concluded their weekend in New Orleans, Louisiana, with a loss to (RV) Loyola (La.) on Saturday night. Despite the setback, senior Elise Ellison reached the 1,000-career-point milestone with her first layup of the game. Ellison ended the night with 12 points and four rebounds.
The Seahawks will return home for the West Palm Beach Classic on Tuesday, December 17, against Huntington (Ind.). Tip-off is scheduled for 11:00 a.m.
