Football Newcomer Spotlight - Jeremiah Rodriguez

We've completed one week of fall camp as the Seahawks prepare for their home opener with Mississippi College (Aug. 31). KUSeahawks.com continues to spotlight the team's newcomers with a number of fun and interesting questions.
 
Each day, we will talk to multiple first-year Seahawks. Today's first spotlight will feature offensive lineman Jeremiah Rodriguez, a 6-foot-7, 340-pound native of Orlando, Florida.

I try to model my game after Trent Williams. Darnell Wright is also up there too

I don't remember the name of the song but it's from Hillsong United
 
Do you have any hidden talents?
I'm a drummer and a bass player for my church back home. I've been doing that since I was six

I really don't have any gameday rituals. I just put on my head phone and get locked in
 
What's your favorite postgame meal?
Chipotle…. Chipotle for sure!

The 2023 season kicks off on Thursday, August 31, as the Seahawks host the Mississippi College Choctaws. Game time from the Keiser Mutli-Purpose Field is set for 6:00 p.m. Season Tickets for the 2023 are currently on sale and can be purchased by clicking HERE. Single game tickets will go on sale beginning August 21.
