We've completed one week of fall camp as the Seahawks prepare for their home opener with Mississippi College (Aug. 31). KUSeahawks.com continues to spotlight the team's newcomers with a number of fun and interesting questions.
 
Each day, we will talk to multiple first-year Seahawks. Today's first spotlight will feature defensive lineman Boaz Ieremia, a 6-foot-2, 285-pound native of Homestead, Florida.

I want to man that is worthy of respect in the eyes of GOD

I've always been a big fan of Aaron Donald
 
What's your favorite football movie?
Despite the unfortunate truth behind it, I still have to say The Blind Side
 
What's the number one song or most recent song on your playlist?
Aruarian Dance
 
Do you have any hidden talents?
I can Longboard, Jet Ski, Rollerblade, and Ice Skate. When I was younger, I was put into just about anything with wheels on it
 
Do you have any gameday rituals?
I ask my lord and savior Jesus Christ to lend me his strength on Game Day
 
What's your favorite postgame meal?
Grilled Chicken, Rice, and I.V. Powder

The 2023 season kicks off on Thursday, August 31, as the Seahawks host the Mississippi College Choctaws. Game time from the Keiser Mutli-Purpose Field is set for 6:00 p.m. Season Tickets for the 2023 are currently on sale and can be purchased by clicking HERE. Single game tickets will go on sale beginning August 21.
