Head Coach
Daniel Finn said, "Going into the tournament, nothing changes. The seed by your name is just a number. If you have lofty goals of trying to be there on the last day and compete for a championship you have to play who is in front of you and that has been our message all year. The girls know what they need to do and if we execute our game plans we should have enough opportunities to have a strong tournament. With a tournament like this, fitness usually comes into play in a big way. I think we have made some good strides and are in a good place at the moment. We made some important mid-year changes and hope to see them pay off here. We have to play our best day in and day out, period. If you're in this tournament, you're a good team and will be bringing a high level and intensity. The main point that our staff hammers home is the same for this tournament as it is in the regular season though. Treat every match the same and focus on playing our best brand of tennis.
