  • With three wins in the tournament, the Seahawks head into Thursday's match with a 5-0 record to begin the year looking for an even amount of wins in DII and NAIA.
  • Sun Conference Player of the Week, Elyse Lavender went 2-0 in singles play at the tournament and 3-0 in doubles.

Coach's Corner
Head Coach Daniel Finn said, "Well, time to fire it back up again. Lynn has an extremely strong team this year as shown by that No. 6 national ranking. I would expect nothing less than another battle again tomorrow. The girls are prepared, they know what's in front of them, and regardless of the short turnaround, will be ready to compete tomorrow. This schedule was designed to test them each time out and tomorrow will just be another opportunity to see test out the team's ability."
