  • Florida College would bounce back with a 9-6 run to cut the lead to just two points with 16:04 still to play in the first.
  • The two sides would trade baskets before DaQuan Williams and Sinai Enoch combined for the next five points to put the Seahawks up seven.
  • One of the top scorers in the country, Matt Simpson began to get going sinking six of the next 10 points for the Falcons as they took the 27-24 lead with 10:44 left.
  • The two teams would combine 5-for-5 over the next two minutes but it was three-pointers from Shaquille Harris and Chris Roth giving Keiser a 35-33 lead.
  • Keiser would hold off Florida College for the next five minutes answering each of their baskets before a jumper by Calvin Finch Jr. put the Falcons up 45-44 with 2:37 on the clock
  • The Seahawks ended their strong shooting half with an 8-0 run to carry a 52-45 lead into the break.

Second Half
Keiser 105, Florida College 99

  • DaQuan Williams stole the fire back hitting three three-pointers en route to a 13-0 run capped by a Brandon Younger slam for the Seahawks with 14:34 left in regulation.
  • Florida College ended the run with a dunk of their own but back-to-back from Lott and Justin Tucker evened the run at 5-5.
  • Keiser made their own costly errors in the game with three consecutive defensive possessions resulting in fouls on a three-point shooter.
  • Lott would hit a three of his own to offset some of the damage but the Falcons' 9-3 run pulled the lead down to just seven with just over 10 minutes on the clock.
  • The Seahawks used another quick 7-3 run to extend their lead to 11 with 7:51 showing.
  • Florida College countered by rattling off six straight points to cut the Keiser lead to just five with 6:30 remaining.
  • Keiser would relentlessly attack the offensive glass getting multiple second-chance opportunities to push forward with a 13-6 run.
  • The Falcons would not go away with back-to-back baskets including a three from Anthony Bittar with 34 seconds left that cut the KU lead down to seven once again.
  • The Seahawks would need to earn the win from the free-throw line as multiple circus-shot three-pointers from Florida College continued to fall with less than 30 seconds to play.
  • Keiser would close out the game 8-for-8 from the line to secure their first ranked win and highest-scoring game of the season.
