After exploding to an early lead on Wednesday night at home in West Palm Beach, Florida National was able to battle back from a double-digit deficit to take the 87-84 win. Vincent Miszkiewicz led the Seahawks with his ninth double-double of the season, scoring 26 points and grabbing 21 rebounds.

Keiser will be back on the home floor this Saturday with a game against Johnson. Tipoff is set for 7:30 p.m. inside the Student Life Center in West Palm Beach, Fla.
 


At the 14:21 mark, Florida National began a 17-5 run that cut the lead down to 67-62. The Conquistadors followed with a 9-3 run over the next three minutes and carried the momentum into the end of the game.

• Calvin Sirmans got things started with the first bucket of the game (19:31).
• The Seahawks scored back-to-back scores to push the lead to 10-4 (15:54) with a jumper by Tylar Cerez and a 3-pointer by Brandon Farmer.
• Keiser's run extended to 11-0 as Tyler Poindexter hit a pair of 3-pointers (16-4), causing an FNU timeout.
• Vincent Miszkiewicz scored Keiser's 13th straight point on a dunk with 13:35 left in the half (18-4).
• KU used a 6-0 run to push the lead to 24-8 with 10:53 on the game clock.
• Farmer hit his third triple of the half off an assist by Cerez as Keiser led 32-15 (8:54).
• The Conquistadors scored consecutive baskets to cut the Keiser lead to 32-20 with 6:41 remaining in the half.
• Miszkiewicz grabbed his 10th rebound of the game with an offensive board resulting in his 11th point of the game (made jumper) and his ninth double-double of the season (4:46).
• Poindexter drained a three with 3:59 on the game clock as Keiser led, 40-26.
• A 5-0 run by FNU pulled the Conquistadors within nine, 40-31, with 1:54 on the game clock.
• Miszkiewicz hit the buzzer-beater as Keiser led by 11 going into halftime.

• A 7-2 run by the Seahawks to open the second half gave Keiser a 51-35 lead with 18:20 left in the game.
• Poindexter hit his fifth triple of the night as Keiser led 54-38 (17:41).
• Farmer scored four straight for the Seahawks, pushing the Keiser lead to 62-45 (14:24), resulting in an FNU timeout.
• A 5-0 run (all by FNU's Gary Adams) cut the Keiser lead to 63-52 with 13:11 left in the game.
• An 8-0 run by the Conquistadors brought them within five, 67-62 (9:28).
• A pair of free throws by Poindexter gave Keiser a 70-64 lead with 7:04 left.
• Another run by FNU (this time a 7-0 run) gave the Conquistadors their first lead of the game, 71-70 (5:46).
• The lead changed five times over the next three minutes before FNU tied the game at 81-81 with 1:53 left in the game.
• A 3-pointer by Matthew Robinson tied the game at 81-all, sparking a 5-0 run that gave the Conquistadors an 83-81 lead with 1:22 on the clock.
• Sirmans tied the game, 83-83, with a layup at the 1:03 mark.
• However, FNU responded with a two-pointer of their own to take an 85-83 lead with 32 seconds left in the game.
• Miszkiewicz went to the line with 20 seconds left with a chance to tie the game.
• Unable to sink both free throws, the Seahawks trailed by one but had the ball as the result of an offensive board on the missed attempt.
• Cerez drove into the lane with five seconds on the game clock, but his shot attempt did not fall, giving the ball back to FNU.
• After a pair of free throws by Robinson, FNU handed Keiser the 87-84 loss.

• Keiser drops to 6-3 on the year and 3-1 on the home floor.
• The Seahawks move to 9-5 all-time versus Florida National.
• Miszkiewicz led the team with 26 points and led all players with 21 rebounds.
• It was the second time this season that he has brought down more than 20 rebounds.
• Poindexter, Farmer, and Sirmans all hit double-digit scoring numbers on the night.
• Sirmans led all players with eight assists on the evening.
• Keiser has now won the rebounding battle in seven of their nine games this season after winning 43-27 tonight.
• The Seahawks had 20 assists on the night which is the most by the team this year.
