No. 19 women's soccer secured their second consecutive road win on Saturday afternoon, defeating Webber International 5-0 in Babson Park, Fla. Five different scorers found the back of the net for Keiser as they rolled past the Warriors.
 

How it Happened
  • Webber had the first true chance of the game in the seventh minute but Zara Board stood strong in the 1-on-1 to make the save.
  • Keiser pushed forward on the other side of the pitch with Georgia Little crossing the ball into the box and finding Emilia Nilsson who buried the chance and put Keiser in front.
  • Less than a minute later, the Seahawks were back on the attack as Seira Uko bounced a shot down off the crossbar and over the line to make it 2-0 in the 15th minute.
  • Off a corner kick in the 23rd minute, Little found Sofie Sorum on the back post who stabbed at the ball with her foot and guided it into the net to make it 3-0.
  • Webber broke through in the 26th minute but Hana Masuko recorded the team save to keep the KU shutout alive.
  • Three minutes before the half, Viki Adam played Oline Sundgot through who blasted a shot over the keeper and into the back of the net to give the Seahawks a 4-0 lead 
  • The Seahawks had a quick start to the second half with two shots on target in the opening 10 minutes.
  • Masuko nearly scored a goal of her own but Becky Wilkins made a clearance for the Warriors to keep the shot out.
  • Following another shot from Masuko that ricocheted off the crossbar, Olivia Pousette cleaned up the chance to make it 5-0 in the 85th minute.
  • The final whistle would blow with Keiser taking home their second straight road win.

Game Notes
  • Keiser improves to 6-4-2 with the win and moved to 4-3-1 in Sun Conference play. 
  • KU improved to 11-2 in the series when the games are played in Babson Park, Fla.
  • Head Coach Mat Dunn captured win number 220 of his career to move into a tie for second place all-time in Keiser history(all sports).
  • The Seahawks continue to use a plethora of different scorers as five different players tallied a goal.
  • Sørum's goal was her second career goal and first as a member of the Seahawks.
  • With two more assists to her name, Little now leads the team and the conference with seven on the year.
  • Board recorded three saves in the contest to earn her fourth shutout of the season.
  • The Seahawks were dominant on the offensive attack with 16 shots to the Warriors 7.
  • Keiser also trounced Webber in the corner kicks category with a final count of 13-1.
