Four players in double figures lead men's basketball to 17-0 on games to begin the new year with an 82-57 win over Coastal Georgia.
With 12:17 left in the second,
Brandon Younger scored five straight points that sparked a 10-3 run for Keiser to give the Seahawks a 19-point lead that they would not come close to surrendering.
Keiser 36, CCGA 20
- Coastal Georgia started the game with consecutive three-point shots to put the Seahawks in an early 6-0 hole.
- A dunk by Brandon Younger at the 18:09 mark stopped the run and sparked a 12-0 Keiser run to force the Mariners to use a timeout with 14:36 showing.
- CCGA came out of the timeout with back-to-back jumpers separated by a Brandon Farmer layup.
- The Seahawks would lock it down from there, exploding on a 17-2 run spanning seven minutes.
- During the run, KU used six different scorers with Christian Miller-Cardwell leading the way with five points.
- Coastal Georgia ended the half with a tip-in layup but the Seahawks held a strong advantage going into the break ahead, 36-20.
- At halftime, Keiser outrebounded the Mariners 24-12 and 8-2 on the offensive glass.

- Coastal Georgia came out firing in the second half with seven points in the first two minutes of action to bring the Keiser lead to just 12.
- The Seahawks bounced back with a 6-2 run of their own to take a 45-29 lead with 15:41 left in regulation.
- Nick Jiles tried to propel the Mariners back into the game with a four-point run but Miller-Cardwell answered with three of his own to keep the game in KU's favor.
- Following two free throws from Younger, Coastal Georgia used a 5-0 run to cut the lead back down to 12 with 12:32 on the clock.
- Five straight points from Younger sparked a 10-3 scoring run for Keiser bringing the lead to 60-41.
- CCGA would not back down, scoring five of the next seven points capped by a Layton Veon Dunk at the 6:24 mark.
- Following a Justin Tucker hook shot, Milton Burnett wowed the crowd with a stepback three-pointer that marked his first bucket as a member of the Seahawks.
- Keiser went on to stretch their lead to 72-47 on the back of a 10-1 run that finished with a Brandon Farmer fastbreak slam with 3:11 still to play.
- With the game out of reach, Chris Roth and Sinai Enoch combined for the final eight points for the Seahawks in a runaway victory over the Mariners, 82-57.

- The Seahawks improved to 9-4 all-time against Coastal Georgia and added on to their win streak which now sits at five in the series.
- KU is now 7-1 against CCGA on the home floor in West Palm Beach, Fla.

- Lott led the team with four steals to up his average to 1.9 steals per game.
