Keiser women's tennis clinched an all Keiser doubles final on Saturday in Boca Raton. The two doubles teams for the Seahawks went a combined 4-0 to setup the final scheduled for Sunday.

As doubles partners normally share the glory, both doubles teams shared the highlights of Saturday's results. On the bottom half of the bracket, Florencia Araya and Isabella Perez Flores downed Southeastern's Baptista and Picardi in the quarters before taking down Teodoro and Barandas 8-5 in the semifinal. On the upper side of the bracket, the top-seeded partnership of Violet Apisah and Yvette Schmucker shutout Ave Maria's Kilkboom and Rich in the quarterfinal before rolling past Yu and Ragona of SCAD to secure their spot in Sunday's final.



Head Coach Daniel Finn said, "Strong doubles showing by the girls today. I was happy with the focus and intensity that we brought in doubles and it showed in the results. Obviously, I am happy to have an all Keiser women's doubles final at the end of the day. Additionally, I was glad to see the way that we started the semifinals in singles before the weather washed it out. Hopefully, we will be able to take that momentum into tomorrow as well. Now, we're just going to try to rest up as best we can and get ready to get back after it tomorrow."
