Keiser University senior infielder,
Tim Bouchard signed with the Northern Colorado Owlz of the Pioneer Baseball League. The league is based out of the Rocky Mountain region and is not directly affiliated with Major League Baseball, however, it is a designated MLB Partner League.
Bouchard, from Ashburnham, Massachusetts, was a first-team All-American selection after leading the Seahawks and the conference in home runs (18 - No. 18 in the nation) and RBI (73 - No. 11 in the nation). this spring. He ranked second in the Sun Conference in batting average (.404) and slugging percentage (.779). Additionally, Bouchard started all 57 games, drawing 55 walks (No. 2 in the nation) and scoring 62 runs.
The recent graduate earned Sun Conference Player of the Year honors and recorded 26 multi-hit games and 20 multi-RBI outings. For his career, Bouchard batted .421 with 158 runs, 40 doubles, eight triples, 40 home runs, 176 RBI, and 115 walks in 138 games.
