"All heart today from the girls," said Head Coach,
Daniel Finn, "We came out and played poorly early on, which made things look down after doubles. Then, when singles started, the top of the lineup really took control of the energy and willed us back into the match. From there it was just determination from the girls that they wouldn't lose today no matter how they played. In my opinion, it's the days you don't really have your best tennis and find a way to win a fight that tells the most about who you are. Everyone can play well and win when things are going their way, but it tells the most about a person or team when they can find ways to scrap and win when everything is going wrong and against them. Great job by the ladies today. Very proud of them for getting a quality win against a very good and gritty Indiana Wesleyan team. We will take a few days to enjoy this one, rest, heal up, and get ready for our next challenge on Saturday with Rollins."

The Seahawks will take a short road trip up to Rollins College on Saturday, March 12 to face the Division II Tars.
