The Keiser University women's tennis team will host Ave Maria for their fourth conference match of the season before traveling to Orlando to face a Division I opponent in Southeastern Louisiana.
About the Seahawks
- KU enters Saturday's contest after a 4-2 road win over D-II, Valdosta State.
- Against the Blazers, it was the first time this spring that Keiser lost the doubles point and had to rally around their singles play to win the match
- The Seahawks enjoyed success on their home court, winning 11 straight dating back to 2020.

Daniel Finn said, "Should be a challenging weekend beginning with Ave Maria tomorrow and then getting an opportunity to play Division I, Southeastern Louisiana at the USTA National Campus. The players always love playing at the campus, as it is one of the nicest venues in the world for tennis. Although, we weren't pleased with our performance yesterday, we are looking forward to the opportunity to get back on the courts this weekend."

Scouting the Gyrenes: The No. 22 Gyrenes enter Saturday's contest with a 2-3 record on the year. Ave Maria is no stranger to ranked opponents, having faced three ranked NAIA teams and the No. 9 D-II team at the time, Saint Leo. AMU is led on the courts by No. 22 Lara Teodoro who has a 7-1 record in the spring season. Scouting the Lions: The Division I, Lions are off to a slow start to the season holding a 1-6 record. In their most recent match, they picked up their first win of the year against Southern, 4-1. SLU is led by Putri Insani on court one with a 1-1 record on the season. Insani's record may not indicate many wins, but she has been leading in four of her five unfinished matches.
