Hot shooting by the Warner Royals in the first half was too much to overcome as the Keiser women's basketball team fell, 81-76, on Thursday night. The Royals shot over 70 percent from the floor in the first half and pushed their lead to 25 midway through the third quarter. The Seahawks used a dominating fourth quarter to pull the contest to one possession in the final 35 second but their comeback fell short for the five-point loss.
Down three with seven second left in the contest,
Kennedy Schlabach's game-tying 3-point shot attempt was unseccessful as Warner rebounded the ball and hit two free throws to seal the win.

Warner 25, Keiser 15
- Andressa Nascimento got the scoring started with a 3-pointer at the 9:27 mark, giving Keiser a 3-0 lead.
- After back-to-back buckets gave the Royals a one-point lead (4-3), Nascimento drained her second bucket of the game to give KU a 5-4 lead with 7:45 on the clock.
- Warner made it a four-point game following a 3-pointer by Jasmine Edwards with 5:19 left in the first.
- Shykim Gillion pulled the Seahawks to within two, 11-9, after a made layup with 4:16 on the game clock.

- However, a pair of made free throw by Audre'Anna Judie pushed the Royal's lead to 25, 65-40, with 5:01 remaining in the quarter.
- A 3-pointer by Nascimento brought the lead down to 20 (65-45) with 3:41 on the game clock.
- Julia Fitzwater hit a triple with 1:17 on the clock to cut the Warner lead to 70-53.
Warner 81, Keiser 76
- Kennedy Schlabach hit a 3-pointer with 9:45 left to play to cut the deficit to 72-56.
- She followed that up with a made jumper at the 8:52 mark, 72-58.
- Both of her baskets sparked a 9-0 run that made it a 10-point game (72-62) with 7:54 remaining.
- Taylor Jones cut it to a single-digit deficit, 75-66, with a made layup with 5:54 on the game clock.
- Trailing 79-68 with 2:49 on the clock, Keiser went on an 8-0 run to cut the Warner lead to 79-76 with 35 second on the clock.
- A game-tying, 3-point attempt by Schlabach was unable to drop with seven second left in the game.
- The rebound was collected by Warner with three second on the game clock.
- A pair of made free throws by Tatiana Ortiz sealed the victory for the Royals.
